PILLARS CLOSE MITCHELL – COMPLETED FEBRUARY 2020

Pillars Close is an exclusive development of three 3-bedroom houses designed to complement the local surroundings of the beautiful village of Mitchell. Works commenced in June 2019 and completion was achieved two months ahead of schedule in February 2020.

These houses were specifically designed with the family in mind, having large bedrooms and living areas, as well as space that connects well with the outside. The homes utilise the very latest materials and technology thus ensuring extreme energy efficiency for years to come whilst keeping annual utility bills as low as they can be. This was further achieved with high levels of insulation throughout the traditionally built envelope and the use of air source heat pumps combined with under floor heating.

The Code has been established to ensure that best practice is followed in respect of the marketing, selling and purchase of homes and the after sales customer care service which would include the rectification of any snagging.
