Wycliffe Estates Ltd is delighted to confirm that the construction of Gilbury Hill Phase 2 commenced in May 2017. Planning permission was successfully received in August 2016 securing much needed local affordable housing for families in desperate need of quality housing in the community that they have grown up in at an affordable price.

The construction of these 26 new homes is expected to be completed by October 2018 with various properties being delivered throughout the construction programme. The first completions are currently scheduled for May 2018.

Gilbury Hill Phase 2 comprises 26 new homes. Wycliffe Estates Limited has been successful in maintaining nomination rights through an agreement with Cornwall Council in regard to the initial sale of these homes, however it remains a requirement that those hoping to secure an affordable home on this or any other development in Cornwall must have registered with ‘Help to Buy South West’, whose website can be found at www.helptobuysw.org.uk
