Planning permission for Gilbury Hill Phase 2 was successfully received in August 2016 securing much needed local affordable housing for families in desperate need of quality housing in the community that they have grown up in at an affordable price.
The construction of these 26 new homes is expected to be completed by September 2018 with various properties being delivered throughout the construction programme. The first completions are currently scheduled for Easter 2018.
